Welcome to Waves of Glory Thrift! We are committed to delivering your orders quickly and affordably. Please read our shipping policy below for details on how your order will be processed and shipped.

 Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, etc.), processing times may be extended.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We ship nationwide using USPS, UPS, or FedEx based on the best available option at the time of shipping.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

Important Notice:
Due to U.S. trade regulations, we do not ship to the following restricted or blacklisted countries:

  • Belarus

  • Cuba

  • Iran

  • North Korea

  • Russia

  • Syria

  • Any other country sanctioned by the U.S. Department of Treasury or Commerce

Orders placed to these destinations will be automatically canceled and refunded.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Waves of Glory Thrift is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

  • Lost or stolen packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier

If your package is delayed or missing, contact the shipping provider first. We’re happy to help where we can.

Address Changes

Need to update your shipping address? Contact us immediately at shop@wavesofglorythrift.com. If the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee any changes.

All orders are fulfilled and shipped by Waves of Glory Thrift. We use Shopify’s shipping system for order management and tracking.

Custom or preorder items may require additional processing time. Estimated shipping dates will be noted in the product description.
